Case against eight people including MS Dhoni in Bihar, hearing will be held on June 28

Former India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni is in trouble. An FIR has been registered against him in the CJM Court of Begusarai in Bihar. This complaint has been made in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Rumpa Kumari of Begusarai District Court on behalf of complainant Neeraj Kumar Nirala, proprietor of DS Enterprises. Along with Dhoni, eight other people have also been booked in this case. The matter will be heard in the Begusarai court on June 28.

Difficulty selling fertilizer

Complainant Neeraj Kumar Nirala has alleged that in 2021 he had taken CNF of New Global Producer India Limited. 36 lakh 86 thousand rupees were given to the company to take CNF, after which the company sent the fertilizer. But due to the non-cooperation of the company, he had to face trouble in selling the fertilizer.

After this, after the dispute arose between the complainant and the company, the company took back all the fertilizer by giving a cheque of 30 lakhs to the complainant. But when the cheque was put in the bank, it bounced. After bouncing the cheque, the complainant sent a legal notice to the accused, but there was no conclusion, then he filed a complaint letter in the court against all the accused and the company. Along with this, the complainant has also submitted the legal notice and proof of the advertisement being done by Dhoni.

The people against whom the complaint has been filed include New Global Yield Enhancer India Limited New Delhi, State Head of Marketing Bihar Ajay Kumar, CEO Rajesh Arya, Director Account Administration Mahendra Singh, Marketing Head Arpit Dubey, AD Imran Bin Zafar, Marketing Manager Vandana Anand, Chairman Mahendra Singh Dhoni is involved. A complaint letter has been filed against them under Section 406, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the NI Act.
