It has been said in the order that during the festival, crowding in public places and all kinds of processions have also been banned. During this time people have been asked to celebrate the festival with their families in their homes. It was told in the order that the activities for which the orders were issued outside the Containment Zone in the past will remain in force. At the same time, according to the order issued by the Election Commission of India on 21 August 2020, political activity will be conducted in connection with the Madhupur Assembly by-election.
On the other hand, Jharkhand Health Secretary KK Son has written a letter to all the DCs of the state, instructing them to take special precautions regarding Holi, Sirhul, Shab-e-Barat and Ram Navami. Mr. Sain has written in the letter that in view of the possibility of expatriate Jharkhandis returning to their states from other states in the upcoming festivals, all the people should be examined on the basis of symptoms.
At the same time, based on the characteristics of people coming from other states such as Maharashtra, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, arrange a regular sample collection at the airport, bus stand, and railway station. Also, be sure to test the Kovid-19 via RTPCR / TruNet.
