Bihar: Like UP, passengers coming from Kerala, Maharashtra, and Punjab are required to have a negative report of RT-PCR test from the lab affiliated to ICMR, otherwise the test will be done at the airport. Thermal screening and sanatorium bridge app is necessary here but there is no compulsion of home quarantine.
West Bengal: If you are reaching here from a state like Kerala, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana during the assembly elections, then like Bihar, a negative report is required within the last 72 hours. Passengers with symptoms like corona will be tested. Home quarantine of 14 days is mandatory for travelers without symptoms, health officials will decide if symptoms occur. The rules are different for travelers coming from abroad. Along with the Arogya Setu app, it is an imperative of the state's Sandhane app.
Gujarat: Quarantine is not necessary for asymptomatic passengers, but self-monitoring is being instructed for 14 days. On reaching Surat especially from abroad, passengers will have to provide a self-reporting form online and download the SMC Covid-19 Tracker app. A healing bridge is mandatory.
Madhya Pradesh: Thermal screening will take place but quarantine is not mandatory. Along with the Arogya Setu, registration on the Indore 311 app is mandatory. If symptoms like Korana are seen, then there are instructions for 14 days of home quarantine. For 14 days, passengers will have to update their health status on the Indore 311 app. There is no restriction on returning from the state within 3 days for the purpose of business, just such passengers will have to inform the concerned officials.
Karnataka: Neither screening nor quarantine is necessary here. A strict rule is that if you are arriving from Kerala, Maharashtra, Punjab, or Chandigarh, then submit the approved lab report of the Kovid test done within the last 72 hours. The rules are different for travelers arriving from abroad.
Maharashtra: District-wise guidelines have been released here. Broadly speaking, the thing that are common is that thermal screening will be for everyone. Passengers coming from NCR / Delhi, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Goa, and Kerala will have to show the test report within 72 hours. If you do not have to get the test done at your expense. The relevant officials will have to give contact details when the report comes positive. Quarantine and hand stamping is not mandatory for domestic travelers, but the Arogya Setu app is mandatory.
