Earlier on Wednesday, through a press release, Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan has criticized the governments of Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh for taking steps against Corona. He said- I have heard irresponsible statements from many state governments in recent times. Now since these statements will spread confusion and panic among the general public, it is necessary to give an answer for this reason. At a time when Corona cases are increasing rapidly in the country, I want to tell the fact that many state governments have failed to take appropriate measures against Corona.
Union Health Minister rejected Maharashtra government's demand
In fact, there was a demand from the Maharashtra government that all people above the age of 18 years should be exempted from vaccination. This demand has been rejected by the Union Health Minister, saying that we also have to pay attention to the demand and supply of the vaccine. At this time the priority of vaccination is to reduce the death rate.
Focus on district-wise strategy
Explain that now the district-wise strategy is being focused on the fight against Corona from the Center. In fact, there are some districts in the country which are most affected by the epidemic. The maximum district is in Maharashtra. That is why the Center has said that a strategy should be prepared on the basis of the district so that the second wave of Corona can be controlled.
