Blast in chemical tank of Nalagarh Ply Board factory, one worker killed, three injured
One worker died on the spot due to the blast in the Nalagarh factory. Three other laborers have been seriously injured in the accident. Those who have been admitted to the Civil Hospital of Nalagarh and Ropar Civil Hospital of Punjab for treatment.

A case of blast occurred in the chemical tank of a ply board making factory located in Beed Plasi village under the industrial area Nalagarh. It is being told that the incident took place around 12 noon on Wednesday. When the laborers were working in the company, suddenly there was a complete blast in the chemical tank located in the company. The blast was so severe that one worker died on the spot, while three other workers were seriously injured in the accident. Those who have been admitted to the Civil Hospital of Nalagarh and Ropar Civil Hospital of Punjab for treatment.
As soon as the information of the incident was received, 3 vehicles of the fire department Nalagarh and the police team reached the spot. The injured have been taken out by teams of both departments and admitted to hospitals for treatment. As soon as the information of the incident is received, the police has registered a case after taking stock of the occasion.
Regarding this incident, Leading Fireman Rampal Chauhan of Fire Department Nalagarh told that he had reached the spot with 3 firearm carts as soon as the blast was reported. In the accident, the injured were taken out and the injured have been admitted to civil hospital in Ropar and Nalagarh. He said that a laborer has died in this accident, who has been sent to the civil hospital of Nalagarh for postmortem. He said that the reasons have not been revealed.
Naib Tehsildar Asaram of Nalagarh said that he has reached the spot as soon as he gets information about the incident and he has received information that one person has died in this blast. He said that a report of the incident is being prepared. All possible help will be provided by the administration for the deceased family and the injured. This is not the first incident of blast in Baddi Barotiwala Nalagarh, the biggest industrial area of the state. Even before this, there have been explosions in factories several times. Dozens of laborers working here have lost their lives.
