Liquor smugglers have once again targeted the police in Bihar. The matter is related to the capital Patna, where the police, who came to raid the Tarwan Mushari located in Parsa Bazar of Patna Sadar subdivision, were attacked. The liquor mafia first beat and injured many policemen, as well as looted an SLR rifle and about 20 live cartridges. An ASI Vijay Narayan Manjhi, constable Prem Kumar and a home guard jawan were injured in this beating of the mafia.
As soon as the police reached the liquor base in Tarwan Musahari, the attack was launched. Three policemen were injured in this attack. As soon as the information about the attack on the police was received, the top officer reached Tarva village with Dalbal. For the recovery of the rifle that was snatched by the police, the police surrounded the village and started raids. ASP Patna Sadar also beat up the people of the village along with the police force. During this action, the police had arrived without a women's team.
After this attack on the police, the village has been converted into a police cantonment. The fear of the police is so much that the local people are refraining from speaking anything. People allege that the police used to collect money in the name of continuous raids. The police had come late on Monday night to collect money from the liquor traders. During this, after not giving money, the police entered the houses of many people and misbehaved with the women. Angered by this, people started pelting stones with the police. The police is refraining from saying anything in this matter.
