The first shift will be from 9 am to 5.30 pm, the second from 9.30 am to 6 pm, and the third shift will be from 10 am to 6.30 pm.
The order also states that the exemption from coming to the office will continue for persons with disabilities and pregnant women employees, but they will have to work from home till further orders. All officers / employees residing in the Containment Zone will be exempted from coming to the offices until that area comes out of the Containment Zone. Those officers/staff who are not coming to office will work from home and will be available for contact at any time by telephone and other electronic means. The meeting will, as far as possible, be conducted through video-conferencing. These instructions will be applicable from June 16 to June 30. It has been said in the order that biometric attendance will not be taken at present and the register will be used for this till further orders.
