Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust and Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) are preparing to retaliate strongly in the dispute over the land purchase. The allegations are being answered sequentially along with the facts. Now preparations are on to register a case for tarnishing the reputation of the temple trust by disseminating misleading information on the basis of malicious and baseless facts to the accused politicians. For this, consultations are being held between the top officials of both institutions. If all goes well, soon a defamation case can be filed against Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and senior leader Rahul Gandhi, besides Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and Rajya Sabha member Sanjay Singh among others.
VHP working president and senior advocate Alok Kumar said that under section 499/500 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), this will be a criminal case of defamation, which has a provision of imprisonment for two years. At the same time, in a civil case, there can be a claim of compensation on the ground of defamation. It is being considered among the top officials whether the case should be filed civil or criminal or both.
After a long struggle and the historic decision of the Supreme Court, crores of people around the world have faith in the grand Ram temple being built in Ayodhya. This is the reason that more than expected people got involved in the fund dedication campaign led by VHP across the country for cooperation in the construction of the temple. In such a situation, the VHP Congress party, the leader of the trust and the temple movement, does not want to leave the questions raised by the SP and AAP leaders unanswered. Rather, by reaching the culmination, would like to send a strong message to those making such allegations and apologizing.
The working president of VHP said that these malicious allegations are going to hurt the faith of crores of devotees. By the way, VHP and other organizations associated with the temple movement are being reached through internet media with facts related to land purchase so that there is no confusion among the devotees.
Mahamandaleshwar Swami Awadheshanand of Juna Akhara said that the construction of the Shri Ram temple and all the activities related to it are authentic and transparent. The malicious attempt to discredit this divine mission is unfortunate. In this type of propaganda, immediate self-fulfillment is visible.
National General Secretary of All India Sant Samiti Swami Jitendranand Saraswati said that this conspiracy belongs to those people who are not able to digest the construction of the temple. They were in a conspiracy to build a mosque on that land. Those making baseless allegations are the same people who are facing cases of looting the country's money and are out on bail.
