It is a big challenge for the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) to release the 12th result without taking the exam. The board has also formed a committee for this, which will submit its report to the Supreme Court for evaluation on June 17. According to the sources associated with the committee, before the release of the 12th result, there may be another internal assessment for 15 percent marks so that the students who have not been able to do better in the 12th pre-board or mid-term examinations due to some reason but have a better performance in the board examinations. They were preparing so that they could get the benefit of it. However, it is not yet clear what will be the basis of this assessment.
CBSE prepared evaluation formula to release 12th results
CBSE may evaluate on the basis of 30-20-50 formula to release the 12th result. In this, 30 percent marks of 10th, 20 percent marks of 11th and 50 percent marks of 12th can be included. According to sources, the committee is in favor of adding only 20 percent marks of class 11th, as there are many problems faced by the students in class 11th. Due to different faculty, a lot of time is spent in understanding the subject. It has also been seen that due to the focus on 12th, many students do not take the exam very seriously in 11th.
Strong argument in favor of including 50 percent marks of 12th in evaluation
There is a strong argument in favor of including 50 percent marks of 12th in the evaluation. Since the board exam is conducted on the basis of 12th year's studies, so its marks are the most important. Of these 50 percent marks, 35 percent can be from pre-board, mid-term examination, internal assessment and practical examination.
The marks of the practical examination will be sent to the board
Many schools did not conduct practical examinations due to the corona epidemic. In such a situation, they have been asked to upload the marks by June 28 by conducting practical examination online. These marks will be sent to the board. According to sources, the marks of the practical examination will be very important in the 12th result.
Average of all states will be seen
According to sources, it is the effort of the committee that the CBSE result is up to all the parameters and the students are also satisfied with it. Also, there was not much difference in the results of states. For this, the average of all the states will be seen before releasing the result.
