For those who had to postpone marriages in May-June due to Corona, only six days are left in July for an auspicious time. After that Chaturmas will start and one will have to wait for four months. There will be no marriage muhurta from July to November. Then marriages will be possible only from November 14. Acharya Ramshankar Dubey told that apart from marriage in Chaturmas, all kinds of auspicious work including Janeu, Mundan, Griha Pravesh will be stopped.
Actually, Chaturmas is especially the sleeping time of the deities. On July 20, on Devshayani Ekadashi, Lord Vishnu will go into yoga nidra. Will wake up on 15th of November on Ekadashi of Kartik month. Weddings will begin on that day with the festival of Dev Prabodhini Ekadashi. In July this year, the auspicious time for marriage is now on 7th, 13th and 15th.
