There is no subsidy on LPG as of now. This bothers the common man. The price of LPG cylinder was recently increased by Rs 25. After which 14.2 kg LPG cylinder is available in Delhi for Rs 834.50.
According to the data, this increase of Rs 240 in the price of LPG cylinder has been registered between September 2020 and July 2021. Along with LPG, there was a huge increase in the price of commercial LPG cylinders from July 1. LPG prices have increased by Rs 25.5. Last time in April, the price of 14.2 kg cylinder was changed for the last time. Then the gas companies had reduced the price by Rs 10.
At the same time, the price of commercial gas has increased by Rs 76. Let us inform that LPG gas prices were cut last month. Gas companies had drastically cut the price of 19 kg gas cylinders for commercial use by Rs 122. However, there was no change in the prices of 14.2 kg domestic gas cylinders.
According to the prices released on the website of the country's largest LPG company Indane, from July 1, the price of 14.2 kg of domestic LPG in Delhi has increased to Rs 834.5. Whereas on June 1, the price was fixed at Rs 809.00. Thus the prices have been increased by Rs 25.5.
On the other hand, there has been a huge increase in the prices of 19 kg commercial gas cylinders. The price of 19 kg cylinder in Delhi has gone up to Rs 1550. Whereas from June 1, the price of 19 kg commercial cylinder was Rs 1473.50 per cylinder. At the same time, its price in May was Rs 1595.50.
