After the urban bodies, the BJP has also raised its flag in the Panchayat elections. Now through them, the Yogi government wants to make and implement development schemes better. For this, degree holder managers and engineers will be recruited in these bodies for the cooperation of public representatives. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has given instructions to prepare an action plan in this regard.
In a high-level meeting held at his official residence on Saturday, the Chief Minister reviewed the status of the block chief election along with the corona transition. Along with this, the details of the progress of development plans were taken from the officials. He stressed on taking development works from village to village with full quality and transparency. Said that the services of youth holding degrees in management or technical field should be considered for providing support to elected public representatives in panchayats and urban bodies. He said that these youths would help the elected public representatives in their day-to-day work, as well as decide the development plans with their professional skills. It will also prove useful in the financial management of the bodies.
The Chief Minister said that the youth should be selected on the basis of merit. They should also be trained so that they can understand and implement the policies and priorities of the government well and become cooperative in implementing them. Yogi directed the Rural Development Department, Panchayati Raj Department and Urban Development Department to prepare a detailed action plan after holding extensive discussions in this regard.
Control the price of pulses: The opposition is trying to surround the government by making inflation an issue. In view of this, the Chief Minister has directed the officers to make efforts towards controlling the price of pulses. It is noteworthy that even before this, Yogi has clearly told the officials many times that there should be no hoarding or black marketing anywhere. This unnecessarily increases the price of the goods.
