According to the guideline, the festival of Eid-ul-Zuha will be celebrated on July 21. Prayers will not be allowed in public and religious places on this day. People have been appealed to offer prayers in their homes. This decision has been taken in view of the possibility of increasing the crowd during the prayer. Mass gathering will not be allowed during Chaturmas in Jainism. No big event will be held during Chaturmas. At present, permission has not been given to open the swimming pool. There will be movement of people in public parks from 5 am to 4 pm. Those who have got a vaccine for Corona will be able to roam in the park from 4 pm to 8 pm.
Schools, colleges, coaching institutes will remain closed for the time being. The new guideline will come into effect from July 17. According to the guideline, the State Mudiya Poono Fair is organized every year in Govardhan Dham of Mathura district in Uttar Pradesh. This fair is organized from Ekadashi of Ashadha month to full moon. The District Magistrate of Mathura has banned the fair to be held from July 20 to 24 this year. Now the fair will not be held. A large number of people from Rajasthan used to participate in this fair.
