Trinamool Congress has announced the name of the candidate for the by-election to the Bhabanipur assembly seat. In an official statement issued by the party on Sunday, it has been said that Trinamool Congress President and Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee will contest from Bhabanipur seat. At the same time, Zakir Hussain and Amirul Islam will be the party's candidates from Jangipur and Samserganj seats respectively.
