In fact, Bihar is one of the best performing states in terms of GDP growth in the country. The construction work of the first Information and Technology (IT) Park is going on in Patna.
There has been a huge increase in the GDP per capita in Bihar. At present, the state's per capita NSDP (between 2015 and 2021) has grown at a CAGR of 13.41%. The state government decided to build an IT city on 100 acres of land at Rajgir, Nalanda.
In addition, 25 hectares of land have been earmarked for the construction of a proposed state-of-the-art IT Park at Bihta, Patna, an improved web network with a continuous power supply.
Minister Jibesh Kumar says that IT towers are also being constructed by the state government for IT / ITeS and equipment institutions. The Government of Bihar is committed to creating more employment opportunities for the youth and for the social and economic development of the country.
With rapidly developing infrastructure, Bihar intends to become the next IT hub of the country and a hub of IT/ITES and electronics companies.
He says that to encourage entrepreneurs and investors to invest in the IT industry and to establish Bihar as the most suitable investment destination, the department is taking important steps to invest under the program 'Invest IT Bihar Abhiyan'. Is. Providing free rental space in the start-up hub of Biscoman Tower in Patna is a part of this initiative.

Information and Technology Department Minister Jibesh says that the Information and Technology Department has built 78 workstations, 33 cabins, and a 60-seater call center with Wi-Fi in 12,000 square meters on the 9th and 13th floors of Biskoma Tower in Patna.
The department has so far received more than 80 registrations and 48 applications along with registration fees for this free rental office from start-ups like Business Process Outsourcing, Knowledge Process Outsourcing, Data Analytics, Internet of Things, and Business Process Management.
There is no dearth of cheap and skilled labor in Bihar, which will attract investors to invest in this state.Relief is also being given in policies for the smooth functioning of investors.
