Dr. Janak Raj, Senior Medical Superintendent of the hospital says that after the arson incident in the year 2016, a notice to vacate the place was issued by the principal of Cancer Hospital and Dental Hospital, but after five years have passed. Later, the director of the institution had asked to vacate on 31 March.
However, due to the coronavirus, the organization was asked to run the langar again for some time, but even after the month of August, it was not vacated. After this the management took action and the goods of the organization were taken out. The organization has been illegally stealing electricity and water for the last seven years, which should be judicially investigated.

He said that what is going on on social media regarding the institution is not right, so its judicial process should be investigated. Dr. Janak said that at present the langar is being run by the institution itself. The langar service of the institution should continue like this but do not occupy the hospital land.
Congress Young Brigade demonstrated in support of the organization
The Congress Young Brigade has opened a front against the hospital management for taking out the belongings of the institution from the langar home. Young Brigade says that such action of the administration is unfortunate and has been done under some political conspiracy. In protest against this, Congress Young Brigade and local people staged a sit-in protest outside the gate of IGMC today. Warned of agitation if IGMC is not restored.
