Rising infection rate is not the beginning of the third wave
When asked about the increase in the rate of infection in some places outside Kerala, Rajesh Bhushan said that the increase in infection rate for a few days cannot be considered as the beginning of the third wave. The second wave of the corona is not over in the country yet and we are in the middle of it.According to him, there are 35 districts of the country in which the rate of infection remains more than 10 percent, while in 30 districts it is between five and 10 percent.According to him, if we look at about 43 thousand new cases per day on an average, then this is almost half of the peak of the first wave of the corona. In view of this, along with getting the vaccine before festivals, people should follow proper behavior regarding corona, which includes wearing masks, maintaining proper distance and avoiding crowded places.
