Dehradun. Against the Agriculture Law, farmers' organizations have announced a Bharat Bandh on 27 September i.e. on Monday. After this, the police have intensified their preparations in the Dehradun district. Tight security arrangements have been started to ensure that the law and order are not disturbed.
SSP Janmejay Khanduri says that a police briefing has been done in view of Bharat Bandh and every station in charge has also been ordered to be alert. Everyone has been directed to find a solution before the police talks. Make sure that any kind of law and order is not disturbed. Along with this, the force has been increased in the district, in which 5 companies of PAC have been given the responsibility. A platoon of PAC has been kept in the Reserve Force. Along with this, two teams ATS i.e. Anti Terrorism Squad have also been kept in reserve. If there is any kind of bubble, they will also be used.
The SSP says that the force has been asked to remain active in the district. Instructions have been given to all the in-charges in the district to maintain law and order. Along with PAC, Anti Terrorist Squad has also been kept in reserve if needed. Responsible officers in the city and countryside will monitor every situation. The SSP said that if needed, the force has been kept in reserve.
It is worth noting that 40 farmers' organizations under the leadership of United Kisan Morcha have appealed to the people to bandh on September 27.Bharat Bandh has been called from 06 am to 04 pm. Opposition parties are also now showing signs of joining the farmers' war against agricultural laws. Opposition parties have made it clear their intention to increase the focus on the government's political siege on the issue by announcing support for the Bharat Bandh called by farmers' organizations on September 27.So far, many parties of the opposition camp, which are giving moral support to the farmers' organizations, have also announced to take to the road in support of this bandh.
