Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday praised the Prime Minister's residences built by the Lucknow Development Authority at the Indira Gandhi Pratishthan on the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence.
1. There was a huge crowd of literature lovers on the fifth day of the National Book Fair. Literary programs were organized till late evening on Tuesday in the ongoing book fair in Moti Mahal lawns. There is a great demand for books based on spirituality, religion, philosophy, and yoga. Apart from art, culture, literature, politics, curriculum, and competitive examinations, hundreds of books for children and women are also available at the fair. There are books on personality development, spirituality, education, Indian woman, Shrimad Bhagvat, Shrimad Bhagavatam, Yoga Darshan, the entire Vivekananda literature besides philosophy at the stall of Ramakrishna Math.
2. Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday praised the Prime Minister's residences built by the Lucknow Development Authority at the Indira Gandhi Pratishthan on the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence. He said that these houses being built for the poor are excellent. During the program, LDA Vice President Akshay Tripathi showed the real size model of this house to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while Chief Engineer Indushekhar Singh informed him about the house. Lucknow Development Authority has constructed these buildings in Sharda Nagar and Basantkunj Yojna.
3. Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday flagged off 75 AC electric buses from Indira Gandhi Pratishthan in Gomtinagar during the Urban Conclave. Regional Manager Pallava Bose said that 25 AC electric buses will operate from three main routes of the city. Electric buses will be safer for women passengers. Each e-bus will have 10-10 panic buttons whose link will be with dial 112.
