UP Crime News: On the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, a four-member committee was constituted under the chairmanship of IIDC Sanjeev Mittal to fix the responsibility. The committee submitted its report to the government on October 3.

Noida.Vigilance has registered an FIR after the SIT probing the Noida Supertech case submitted its report to the government.In this case, Vigilance has registered a case against 30 people including three retired IAS.This case has been registered on the complaint of Senior Manager Planning, Noida.In this, 30 people, including the former CEO of Noida Authority, have been nominated.These include the then officers of the Authority and the officers of Supertech.In the FIR, the investigation report of the SIT has been made the basis.

It has been said that there isevidence of collusion between the officials of Noida Authority and Supertechin the scam.It has been found in the investigation that Supertech has ignored the rules.At the same time, the Noida Authority officials worked against the rules to get undue financial benefits to the builder.Ignoring the shortcomings of Supertech, helped in continuing the illegal construction.Significantly, the SIT had recommended a detailed investigation of the matter by an independent agency by registering an FIR.After this Vigilance has got this FIR done.
