The Prime Minister wrote in the tweet, 'Tomorrow (Tuesday) at 11 am I will address the 28th NHRC Foundation Day program.'In the tweet, he also mentioned the remarkable role played by the commission while appreciating it.Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Justice Arun Mishra will also attend the event.Justice Mishra is the chairperson of the commission.
