Due to these efforts of the Railways, where there has been an increase in the cleanliness of the railway premises. On the other hand, the security of railways has also increased. For the disposal of scrap, new techniques are being used by the Stores Department, which includes a track management system and drone survey. The target of zero scraps has been set by the North Western Railway by the end of the year 2021-22.
