On the basis of secret information, the police of Sisai police station of Gumla has arrested two youths along with opium and doda.

Jharkhand Crime News: InGumla, youths are coming under the grip of opium andDoda.Apart from its use, the business of opium is spread from Khunti to the state of Odisha.This has been disclosed by two youths caught with opium.

Sisai police station has arrested two youths with illegal opium and Doda.In which there is Sanjay Sahu (20 years) son of Madan Sahu resident of Lanji village and Ravi Thakur (37 years) son of Bhanjan Thakur, resident of Murgu village.Giving information, SDPO Manish Chandra Lal said that on Friday evening, the police had received secret information that an Alto car (OD 14 X 2520) and a black-colored scooty (JH 07J 0309) are parked near Supali Mor Nagfeni.In which there is illegal opium, doda and doda powder.

Drug trafficking is carried out in the area by the occupants of the vehicle.On information, a team was formed and a raid was conducted.Both the youths were arrested in the raid.On searching the vehicle, one kg opium and one kg Doda powder and half kg whole Doda were recovered from the trunk of the scooty.

Both the arrested accused, confessing their crime, admitted to bringing drugs from Khunti and doing drug trade to Odisha including Sisai, Gumla.After which both were sent to jail on Saturday.Police personnel including Inspector Vinod Kumar Yadav, SHO Abhinav Kumar, SI Jawahar Lal Singh were involved on the occasion.
