Dushyant Chautala said that the incident on the Singhu border is barbaric, as much as it can be condemned.

Chandigarh.State Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala has said that this is a barbaric incident, the amount to be condemned is less on the question of killing of a person at the site of a sit-in on the Singhu Border. The Deputy Chief Minister said that the police are taking legal action on this incident and a person has also claimed responsibility. But those who are leaders of about 40 picket sites, should also take responsibility for that.

Dushyant Chautala said that if any such wrong incident happens in any organization, department, or movement, then it is the responsibility of the leadership of the organization, department, or movement concerned. Dushyant Chautala said that according to the orders of these 40 leaders, today people are sitting on the border and in the meantime, such a condemnable incident has happened there.

He was interacting with the journalists after the inauguration of the new office building of the Excise and Taxation Department in Gurugram on Saturday. On the other hand, Dushyant Chautala claimed the victory of the BJP-JJP alliance candidate regarding the Ellenabad by-election. He said that the alliance has fielded its strong candidate. The Deputy Chief Minister said that the way the alliance candidate is getting full support day by day from the people of Ellenabad, the alliance will win the seat of Ellenabad with strength.

Adequate amount of fertilizer for farmers in the state - Dushyant Chautala

Dushyant Chautala said that there is a sufficient quantity of manure in the state, it was reviewed the day before. He said that people had already started stocking manure, so now it has been decided that the farmers who sow mustard first will be given fertilizer and then those who sow wheat. At the same time, he said that farmers should also use alternative fertilizers like SSP and NPK. The officers and employees of the Agriculture Department are also explaining this to the farmers.

Millet is being bought under Bhavantar Bharpayee Yojana: Deputy CM

At the same time, on the question asked about the purchase of millet, the Deputy Chief Minister said that farmers are being given money under the Bhavantar Bharpayee Yojana at the rate of Rs 600 per quintal, which is being deposited directly into their accounts through DBT. He told that about three and a half lakh farmers are registered on the 'Meri Fasal Mera Byora' portal in the state. According to their yield, money will be transferred to their account. He also said that Haryana is the first state in the country where such an arrangement has been made that farmers will get 9 percent interest for delay in payment of their crop within 72 hours.
