A prisoner has accused the officials of Ujjain Jail of hacking the mobiles of many people including IPS officers, judges and secretary of Home Minister Narottam Mishra.

The officials of Ujjain Jail in Madhya Pradesh have been accused by the convicted prisoner of committing digital fraud.The prisoner alleges that by pressurizing him, the jail authorities hacked the mobiles of many people including IPS officers, judges and secretary of Home Minister Narottam Mishra.The prisoner also alleges that the jail staff forced him to commit cyber crimes and earn money.

The name of the prisoner is Anant Amar Agarwal, resident of Maharashtra.He has been proved guilty of forgery.After the prisoner's complaint, he has been transferred from Ujjain to Bhopal Central Jail due to security reasons.On the complaint of the prisoner, the Cyber โ€‹โ€‹Cell Police has registered a case and started investigation.Three teams have been formed for the investigation.

Internet andlaptopgiven in jailAccording to the news published in the English newspaper, Anant was active under several alias names - Krishna Keskar, Abhijit Madne and Anant Agarwal.Agarwal alleges that he was given laptop and internet facility in Ujjain jail.He earned crores of rupees through digital fraud using a credit card purchased from the dark net.He was also asked by the jail authorities to load 'malware' in the mobile phones of VIPs of the state.

The complaint was filed before the trial court

The prisoner has accused the women jail superintendent and the deputy jail superintendent of committing fraud by pressurizing them.He made this complaint in a trial court.The court sent this complaint to the jail department and from there it reached the cyber cell.The main charges have not been proven, yet a former jail superintendent in Ujjain is on the radar of the investigation, who had provided Agrawal with laptops and internet access in jail.This is a violation of the prison manual.
