Falguni Nair, the founder of beauty and fashion retailer Nykaa, has managed to get her name included in the list of richest women in the country and the world.

With the listing, the shares of Nykaa have gained about 90 percent.With the listing of Nykaa, the company's market cap has reached Rs 1 lakh crore.This has come out in the data of the Bloomberg Billionaires Index.With this, Falguni's wealth has reached $6.5 billion.She has earned the tag of being the richest woman on her own.

Let us tell you that till 31 August 2021, the Nykaa app has been downloaded 5 crore 58 lakh times.In 2021 itself, Nykaa has got a net profit of 61.9 crores.Whereas in contrast to this, in the year 2020, Nyka had to suffer a loss of 16.3 crores.

Let us inform that FSN E-Commerce Watchers is the parent company of Nykaa, as of August this year, FSN E-commerce has a large number of 80 physical stores in 40 cities across the country.

Please tell that Falguni Nair used to work in Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited.After leaving the bank job in the year 2012, Falguni founded Nykaa.Falguni Nair, 50, is the MD and CEO of Nykaa. Her husband holds 54 percent stake in the company.
