Prayagraj News: CBI applied for Anand Giri's voice sample, hearing on bail on Thursday

PrayagrajNews: Inthe suspicious death of Mahant Narendra Giri of Baghmbri Gaddi of Prayagraj, the CBI has applied in the CJM Court for the voice sample of Anand Giri, popularly known as the accused Chhote Maharaj.The CBI gave the application at a time when the hearing on the bail of Anand Giri is going on in the Special Judge Court.After hearing the bail on Wednesday, the special court has fixed the date for Thursday.

At the same time, the court has fixed November 12 on the CBI's application after Anand Giri's advocate Sudhir Srivastava objected to the application of CBI's voice sample in the CJM court and sought time from the court.Whether the CBI will get permission for Anand Giri's voice sample or not, it will be decided on the next date.

Hearing on the bail of Anand Giri was held in the court of Special Judge Mridul Kumar Mishra on Wednesday.Anand Giri has been made the main accused in the suspicious death of Mahant Narendra Giri.Anand Giri was arrested from Haridwar after the death of Narendra Giri.He is detained in Naini Jail for about 40 days.

The CBI also took him on remand for questioning.During this, Anand Giri's advocate filed a bail application, which was rejected by the court.Anand Giri's advocate Vijay Dwivedi filed the bail application in the court of Special Judge Mridul Kumar Mishra.The bail hearing will be held in the court on Thursday.
