Center's letter to the states: Instructions to ensure preparedness for the management of Corona, a big deal for hospitals and ambulances

Amidst the serious situation of the corona virus epidemic in the country once again, the central government has written a letter to all the states on Thursday and asked them to make all necessary arrangements.

Amidst increasing cases of coronavirus, the central government has written a letter to the states regarding the preparedness to deal with any emergency. In this letter, the states have been asked to ensure that control rooms are set up at district and sub-district level with facilities like adequate staff, doctors, infrastructure, bed monitoring etc. for COVID management.

The Union Health Ministry has given instructions to set up control rooms at the district and sub-district level, to arrange ambulances for the corona infected and to provide all possible help through control rooms for booking of beds. The Center has advised the states that there should be full deployment of doctors, counselors and volunteers in these control rooms. Apart from this, a helpline should also be made, where people can easily contact and we can be given possible help.

The central government has advised that these control rooms should have computers. There should be broadband service here. According to the cases of Corona, these control rooms should be kept active at all times. People should be helped by this. The Center said that real-time data of corona testing, availability of ambulances should be available in these control rooms. The entire process of booking an ambulance and hospital should be explained to the people.

The Center has told the states out of a total of eight points that there should be an ambulance facility in the control rooms, so that immediate help can be provided to the people. Apart from this, the control room should keep updated about the vacant beds in the entire area. Control rooms were in touch with those corona victims who are in home isolation. The condition of these people will be known by calling on behalf of the members of the control room.

Earlier, Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya has also appealed to adopt covid-like behavior. He met the doctors and health workers who were found infected with the coronavirus epidemic at the Indian Institute of Medical Sciences, Delhi on Thursday. He said here that many of our doctors and health workers have been affected by the coronavirus while serving the patients. Mandaviya said that I wish him good health.
