Varanasi: CM Yogi distributes tablets to students at Rudraksh Convention Center, will attend Baba's court

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath distributed tablets to the students at the Rudraksh Convention Center.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who reached Varanasi, distributed tablets and smartphones to the students at the Rudraksh Convention Center on Thursday. After this, the Chief Minister reached Kashi Vishwanath Dham, where he would attend Baba's court. After this, he will discuss the strategy for prevention of corona infection with the officials in the auditorium of Rudraksh itself. The Chief Minister will leave for Gorakhpur late in the evening.

Tablets were given to 1500 youths, 1500 youths of Varanasi were given tablets and smartphones. The students of four colleges of the district have been identified by the administration. Higher Education Officer Dr. Gyan Prakash informed that tablets and smartphones are being distributed to 1500 students of Harishchandra Mahavidyalaya, Agrasen Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Government College Bareka and Mahadev PG College Bariasanpur in the district.

90 thousand undergraduate and postgraduate students are to be equipped with tablets and smartphones across the district. To promote online education and strengthen the concept of Digital India, tablets and smartphones are being distributed to the youth. Earlier, tablets were distributed to two hundred students of Jagatpur PG College in a program organized in Lucknow.

State Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reached Varanasi at 3 pm. Minister Neelkanth Tiwari, MLA Dr Awadhesh Singh and other BJP leaders welcomed him at the airport. After this, the Chief Minister reached the Rudraksh Convention Center, where he distributed tablets to the students of the university and college.
