Madhya Pradesh's Vyapam scam kingpin Dr. Jagdish Sagar was arrested from Indore airport. Live cartridges were found from Sagar's bag. He was going from Indore to Gwalior by Indigo flight.

The kingpin of Vyapam case, Dr. Jagdish Sagar is out on bail. On Saturday, he was going from Indore to Gwalior by Indigo flight. During the scanning being done at the airport, live cartridges were found in his bag. This was questioned by CISF. Initially the doctor made excuses. Later, the CISF seized the cartridge and handed it over to the police. The police arrested Sagar. Case registered under Arms Act.

When questioned by the police, Dr. Sagar said that after being in jail in the Vyapam scam case, the license of his two guns could not be renewed, after which he sold both the guns. One cartridge was accidentally left in the bag. After this the police produced the accused Sagar in the court from where he got bail. It is worth mentioning that Dr. Jagdish Sagar is the mastermind in the Vyapam scam in 2012. He has been in prison for many years. Currently out on bail.
