On the Hajipur-Muzaffarpur road, RJD workers came on horseback to jam near Bhagwanpur, all the supporters burnt the effigy of the Railway Minister, shouting slogans against the central government.Here, in Katihar too, the bandh supporters started appearing on the streets in the morning.Here young RJD workers blocked the road near Sameli on NH 31 brought tea in a kettle and started selling it.
