Revised result of 7th-10th JPSC PT ready, JPSC sought permission from Jharkhand High Court to release the result

An affidavit has been filed on behalf of the secretary of JPSC, in which the commission has said that the revised result of the preliminary examination has been prepared, if the court's permission is granted, it will be issued.

On behalf of the Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC), a petition was filed in the Jharkhand High Court today urging to allow it to extract the revised results of the seventh to tenth combined civil services preliminary examination. An affidavit has been filed on behalf of the secretary of JPSC, in which the commission has said that the revised result of the preliminary examination has been prepared, if the court's permission is granted, it will be issued. The next hearing in this matter will be held on February 15.

During the last hearing in the division bench of Jharkhand High Court Chief Justice Dr. Ravi Ranjan and Justice Sujit Narayan Prasad, the Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) had told that it will verify the question raised by the applicant. If needed, the revised result of the 7th to 10th JPSC PT will also be released. The next hearing of this matter will be on February 15.

It is noteworthy that by filing a petition in the Jharkhand High Court on behalf of the applicant, Kumar Soni Memon, the result of class VII to X JPSC PT has been challenged. The applicant has alleged that Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) has given the benefit of reservation in PT. This is against the rules. There is no provision to give the benefit of reservation in PT. Therefore it should be repealed.
