Mamta Banerjee said that financial help and government jobs will be given to the families of the dead and the families of the injured.

Two days after the massacre in Bagtui village of Rampurhat block of Birbhum district, Mamta Banerjee reached that village. He has announced to give government jobs and financial assistance to the families of the deceased. Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, who reached Rampurhat in Birbhum district, said that the victims would get justice.

Promise of financial help and government job

Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee said that financial help and government jobs will be given to the families of the dead and the families of the injured. The CM made this announcement after meeting the families of the victims on Thursday. He also promised to get the houses burnt in the arson repaired.

10 houses burnt after Bhadu Sheikh's murder

It is said that local Trinamool Congress leader Bhadu Sheikh was killed by a bomb in Bagtui village of Rampurhat late on Monday night. After this incident, the atmosphere of Bagtui village got heated. One after the other 10 houses were set on fire. A total of 8 people have died in both these incidents so far.

Bengal government formed SIT for investigation

Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has already constituted an SIT to probe the incident. On Thursday, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee herself visited Bagtui village. He spoke to the families of the victims. Assured to stand with the victims. The Chief Minister said that money or job is not the option of life. But, money is needed to run the family. It is our humanitarian duty to stand with the families of the victims.

Government will provide treatment to the injured

The Chief Minister said that the government would get the injured treated. The CM first announced to give one lakh rupees for the repair of burnt houses. However, he said that this amount would be increased to Rs 2 lakh later. The Chief Minister also announced financial assistance of Rs 5 lakh to the families of the victims. He said that one member of each victim's family would be given a government job.

The Chief Minister said that it is possible to give permanent job to someone now. At present, he will be given a job from the quota of the Chief Minister.
