PV Sindhu clashed with umpire over wrong decision

PV Sindhu said after the match, the umpire told me that you are taking a lot of time but the opposition player was not ready at that time. But the umpire suddenly gave him the point and it was really unfair. I think this was one of the reasons for my defeat. He said, "I mean to say, I think so because at that time the score was 14-11 and it could have been 15-11 but instead it became 14-12." After that he scored consecutive points. I think it was very unfair. Maybe I would have won the match and played in the final.

The chief referee also turned down Sindhu's appeal

Sindhu said, I spoke to the chief referee, he came and he said that the decision has already been taken. As the chief referee you need to at least be sure what the mistake was. He should have decided on this after seeing the replays. Sindhu's father PV Ramana said that Sindhu is extremely disappointed with this decision.
