The construction work of the second lane of Koilwar bridge on Son river connecting Patna to Bhojpur has been completed and now it is ready for inauguration. Union Road and Transport Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari is going to inaugurate it on May 14. The second lane of the bridge will be inaugurated through video conferencing.
The construction work of the second lane of the Koilvar bridge on the Son river has been completed. The long wait for its launch is now going to end. This bridge is a major highway connecting Bihar and Uttar Pradesh. Traffic is already operational on one lane i.e. upstream lane. Now with the commissioning of both the lanes, the traffic will become more accessible.
After the commissioning of both the lanes of the Koilwar bridge, it will become more easy to reach Patna from not only Bihar and Uttar Pradesh but also from the districts of South Bihar. Let us inform that after the condition of the bridge became very dilapidated, its construction work was started. Many obstacles also came in its construction work from time to time, but now from May 14, thousands of vehicles will be able to move through it.
