During this, information was received about not passing the map of Pulse Hospital from the corporation and the land being 'Bhuinhari'. After taking remand, the questioning of Pooja Singhal continued on the second day and CA Suman Kumar on the sixth day. No new name has been disclosed in connection with the amount seized from CA.

Alok Saraogi of Panchavati Builders also questioned: During interrogation, the CA had admitted to giving Rs 3 crore in cash to Panchavati Builders on the instructions of Pooja Singhal to buy Pulse's land. Got the map passed for the flat, made the hospital: In the inquiry conducted on the point related to the purchase and sale of land, it was learned that the land of Pulse Hospital is of Bhuinhari nature. Rungta transferred to Panchavati Builders. Panchavati got the map passed from the corporation to build a flat on this land. After this Panchavati Builders gave it to Abhishek Jha.

Instead of constructing a flat on the map passed by Panchavati Builders, a hospital was made. The map of the hospital building is not with the corporation. On the other hand, information has been received that this Bhuinhari land was shown to be surrendered in 1948. After this, in 1972, it has been shown as a settlement in the name of Harakh Kumar Jain. Later this land was transferred in the name of some other person. A receipt was also deducted in his name in 2017.
