Child Protection Commission recommends NIA investigation.

In the nuisance case of June 10 in Ranchi's Main Road, the case registered in the Daily Market police station has been handed over to the CID. The case was registered on the complaint of city zonal officer Amit Bhagat. There is an allegation of stone-pelting, firing and damage to government property by the mob during the riot on June 10. On the instructions of DGP Neeraj Sinha, Police Headquarters IG Human Rights Akhilesh Jha issued an order regarding this.

The CID will soon start further investigation in the matter by taking over the case from the police. During this, the CID will report in the case on other grounds including the statements of witnesses and technical evidence. The statement of the policemen injured in the incident will also be taken. The investigator of the case was made Sub-Inspector Sumit Bhagat, who was earlier posted in the Daily Market police station.

Violence happened under pre-planned plan

The complainant had alleged that eight to 10 people were pelting stones at the police near the religious place on the main road. The miscreants pelted stones with the aim of spreading riots by targeting the religious place on the main road under a pre-planned plan. During this, government and private property was damaged. Several rounds of firing were also done. 10 policemen including SSP were seriously injured. Then the police fired in the air to control the crowd. 22 people were named as accused and eight to 10 thousand unknown people were made accused.

Recommendation of National Child Protection Commission, get investigation done by the NIA

The National Commission for Protection of Children has taken cognizance of the use of children in communal riots at various places in the country, including the violent clash on Main Road in Ranchi on June 10. Commission chairman Priyank Kanungo has written a letter to the Chief Secretary of Jharkhand, including the Chief Secretary of the respective states, recommending an NIA investigation. He has said that it is illegal to use children in such cases of communal violence.

Nadeem Ansari was shifted to Gurgaon by airlift

Nadeem, who was in critical care of RIMS Trauma Center, was airlifted and shifted to Medanta Hospital in Gurgaon on Friday morning. Nadeem, seriously injured and undergoing treatment on ventilator, has been kept in the ICU of the Department of Neurology in Medanta. There neurologist Dr Harsh Sapra is treating him. Nadeem's condition still remains critical. A green corridor was built from RIMS to the airport to airlift Nadeem.

As a precaution, magistrates and police forces will be stationed on the main road for the time being. This decision has been taken at the administrative level after the report of the special branch. For the time being, caution has been asked in the report. However, the situation in the area is completely normal and peaceful atmosphere prevails. Ranchi's ADM Ramvriksha Mahato said that as a precaution, the deputation of the magistrate and police force has been extended for a few days. It is to be known that on June 10, there was an incident of vandalism and stone pelting in the main road of Ranchi.

In the High Court, the government has sought time for hearing, now on eight

The Jharkhand High Court held a partial hearing on Friday in the case related to the violence in Ranchi on June 10. Time was sought from the government to file a report in this matter. It was said that the report has not been prepared yet. On this, a division bench of Chief Justice Dr. Ravi Ranjan and Justice SN Pathak, accepting the request of the government, fixed July 8 for the next hearing.

In the previous hearing, the court had sought a detailed report from the government in this matter. The government has to give information regarding intelligence and firing. The court has asked how 10 thousand people had gathered together on the day of the incident. What was the preparation to deal with? In the PIL filed by Pankaj Yadav, the NIA has been requested to investigate the incident.
