Maharashtra Politics: The political crisis in Maharashtra came to an end with the resignation of Uddhav Thackeray on Wednesday night. Once again the government of Shiv Sena is going to be formed in Maharashtra. Nearly 22 hours after Uddhav Thackeray's resignation, Eknath Shinde, who rebelled against his own party, took oath as the Chief Minister of Maharashtra on Thursday.

We got absolute majority under the leadership of PM Modi

Devendra Fadnavis has been made the Deputy Chief Minister. Earlier, Devendra Fadnavis said that in the year 2019, BJP and Shiv Sena fought elections together. We got an absolute majority under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. BJP got 106 and Shiv Sena 56 seats. The Prime Minister also announced the name of the Chief Minister of the Bharatiya Janata Party during the election. Everyone was approved. But, after the elections, we had a majority with the support of around 170 MLAs.

Shiv Sena abandoned Balasaheb's ideas

He said that the leaders of Shiv Sena later decided that the ideas which Hindu Hriday Samrat Balasaheb Thackeray opposed for life, fought for life and about whom he used to say that I had to go with them, then I will close my shop. , made an alliance with such people. For two and a half years we saw a government in which there was no element, no idea, no momentum, no progress.

There was anger among Shiv Sena MLAs

Devendra Fadnavis said that the government was closing the ongoing infrastructure projects. Was constantly surrounded by allegations of corruption. Two ministers went to jail in money laundering case. The minister was accused of relations with Dawood. The minister had to go to jail. Despite this, he has not been removed from the cabinet till date. The BJP consistently opposed such a misguided government. Such an NCP and Congress government ran under the leadership of Shiv Sena's Uddhav Thackeray. Because of this, there was anger among the MLAs of Shiv Sena.

Shiv Sena MLAs did not get funds

There was anger among the legislators that today we have to sit with the people against whom we fought for life. With what mouth will you go to your area and ask for votes from the people? Whoever lost against him, he used to get money, government funds. But, Shiv Sena MLAs did not get funds. Due to this, the angry MLAs of Shiv Sena under the leadership of Eknath Shinde made one demand that we cannot live with Congress, NCP. This alliance should be broken. But, their demands were not accepted.

Uddhav Thackeray left Hindutva

Fadnavis said that Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray left Hindutva. Thoughts abandoned. Listened to the MLAs of Congress and NCP more than their MLAs. He gave importance to them. Due to this, these MLAs raised their voice. I wouldn't call it rebellion. He raised his voice. The MLAs said that we will not stay with them. At such a time, when the government did not have a majority, the Chief Minister resigned. We have been saying for two and a half years that this is a government surrounded by contradictions.

We had said that if the government falls, we will not impose elections on Maharashtra

He said that we had said that when this government falls, we will not impose elections on Maharashtra. As the leader of Shiv Sena, which is Shiv Sena along with Eknath Shinde, today he presented his claim for the chief minister's post to the governor. The Bharatiya Janata Party gave him full support. We have handed over the support letters of 106 more independent MLAs of BJP and smaller parties.

Governor invited oath at 7:30 pm

The Governor has invited Eknath Shinde to take oath at 7:30 pm. Today there will be only one oath. Eknath Shinde will take oath. After this the cabinet will be expanded. He said that I will fully support this government. I will stay out of the government and we will do all the things that are necessary to make this government successful.

Maharashtra's Pragati Express will now run faster: Fadnavis

Fadnavis said that I believe that a new festival of development has been started by Prime Minister Modi, we will remove the break which took two and a half years in that festival of development and again the express of progress of Maharashtra will run with speed. For that I congratulate Eknath Shinde ji very much.
