One man and his daughter died in this incident, while 11 others, including three women, were injured. A case has been registered against 14 including the former head in the case. So far 8 accused have been arrested. Moosepur village has been converted into a cantonment after the incident.

The foundation of the bloody struggle that took place in Moosepur village under the Lodha area of Aligarh was laid 15 days ago by a dispute over a farm ram. The villagers told that the father of Devendra and Bhuri Singh were cousins on both sides. The fields of both are also adjacent to the other. For a long time there was a dispute between the two regarding the distribution of property. 15 days ago, former head Devendra Singh had cut the ram of Bhuri Singh's farm, due to which a dispute started between the two.
Rar increased over being named in theft
Bhuri Singh's son Vijender Singh made a report of theft in a readymade garment shop in police station Lodha against Devendra Singh, Lalit and Raju of the village itself, in which the police registered a case against all three. The case escalated with the nomination of Devendra Singh and three members of his family in the theft, enmity started increasing between both the sides.
2 lost their lives in the bloody conflict
In fact, on July 10, Rinku's younger brother Tinku was going to the farm, when angry with the theft case, former head Devendra Singh and his family surrounded him. He escaped from there and reached among the family members. On information, the family members of Tinku also reached the spot. Firing started in both the sides, in which Rinku's father Bhuri Singh and married sister Radha died due to bullet injuries. In the Moosepur episode, 11 people from both the sides were injured. In which Vijendra alias Tinku, Rinku, Kuldeep, Pradeep, Keshav, Raju, Coco, Meera Devi, Lakhan Singh, Mandoli, Guddi Devi Budhpal and former head Devendra Singh are included.
14 including former headman sued, 8 arrested
A case has been registered against 14 people in the bloody conflict in Moosepur. In which the former chiefs are Devendra, Om Prakash, Ram Singh, Hari Singh, Lalit, Raju, Bhupendra, Budhpal, Jitu, Ravi, Anshu, Resham Pal, Kalu, Sompal. SP City is investigating the matter
Aligarh SSP Kalanidhi Naithani told that 6 teams have been formed in the Moosepur episode. Which is probing from different angles. The investigation of the case has been handed over to the SP City.
