The result of the UPPCS Pre result 2021 of UPPSC has been canceled by the Allahabad High Court.

The result of the PCS Preliminary Examination (UPPCS Pre result 2021) of Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has been cancelled. The Allahabad High Court has taken this big decision while hearing a petition of ex-servicemen. Along with this, ordered the commission that giving the benefit of 5 percent reservation to ex-servicemen, the result should be made afresh. For this, the court has given one month to the commission. It has also been said that the admit card for the main examination should be issued within one month of the declaration of the result.

Actually, the decision of the Allahabad High Court has come at a time when the interview is being held on behalf of the Public Service Commission after the PCS Preliminary Examination 2021 and the Main Examination. In such a situation, now the commission will have to issue the admit card for the main examination along with issuing the revised result within a month, which is not less than a big challenge for the commission.

The Single Bench of Justice Sangeeta Chandra has given this decision while hearing the petition of Satish Chand Shukla and others. During the hearing in the court, it was said in the petition that after the Kargil war in the year 1999, the state government had made changes in the reservation given to ex-servicemen and made arrangements to give five percent reservation, but group A and B were removed in it. went. A petition was filed in the court regarding this, in response to which the UP government asked to consider the issue. After that, the government made another amendment in the Reservation Act and brought Group B service under the purview of reservation. Also, the notification was published in the gazette on 10 March 2021.
