Whenever a new film is ready for release, there is a lot of opposition on Twitter. Sometimes the scene of the film becomes the cause of controversy, and sometimes the statements of the actors put them in trouble. Even these days the boycott of two films is going on simultaneously on Twitter. But will this boycott affect his collection? The buzz of Ranbir Kapoor starrer 'Shamshera' was quite high before its release. In this film, the image of Ranbir Kapoor was seen as an action hero, which people liked. The film also featured Sanjay Dutt, who appeared in a negative role. But the actor's look had brought the film into controversies. Sanjay Dutt's look was completed with a red vaccine and for this reason people accused the makers of the film of hurting the sentiments of Hindu religion. However, the film proved to be a flop at the box office. 

Samrat Prithviraj

'Emperor Prithviraj' is one of the big budget films of the year 2022, in which Akshay Kumar was seen. It is clear from the title of this film that the story of the film was based on the life of Emperor Prithviraj. However, before the release, there was a ruckus against this film from social media to road. Earlier the name of the film was 'Prithviraj'. Hindu organizations had accused the makers of insulting Emperor Prithviraj. Also, the film was threatened not to release, after which the name of the film was changed. However, this film also proved to be a flop at the box office.

Gangubai Kathiawadi

Alia Bhatt played an important role in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's directorial 'Gangubai Kathiawadi'. The story of the film was based on the life of 'Gangubai', who was once the queen of Kamathipura. Alia's film was mired in controversies even before its release. The local people of Kamathipura raised their voice against the film. People alleged that the way Kamathipura is depicted in the film is wrong. This is bringing disrepute to his area. However, the protest did not have much effect on the film. The film did a collection of 132.01 crores.
