This time in the capital Lucknow, the morning of August 15 looked very special. Amidst the pleasant weather, children, women and the elderly were seen cheering Mother India along with a group of youths wearing tricolor on vehicles. The view of the assembly was also very special.

After reaching the Vidhan Bhavan, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath greeted the people who reached here sitting in the first car. After that he headed towards the stage. Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brijesh Pathak welcomed him.

On reaching the stage, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath greeted all the ministers and other dignitaries. In which freedom fighters were also present. With the sound of the siren at exactly 8.55 am, the speed of traffic came to a standstill. CM Yogi Adityanath hoisted the flag at exactly 9 o'clock. This was followed by the national anthem.

The national anthem was played to the tune of PAC and ITBP bands. With this, the people of Lucknow made this moment memorable. Everyone was showered with flowers from the helicopter. This historic moment was captured forever with a drone camera. After this, cultural presentations started in front of the stage in the assembly.
