CUET UG Admit Card 2022: Many aspirants who are preparing to appear for the University Common Entrance Test (CUET) for undergraduate courses are claiming that the date of examination written in their admit cards has passed, whereas earlier they were told the second date. The CUET being conducted for the first time has been in controversy and due to flaws in it, the examination has to be canceled at many centers so far.

Students upset due to changed dates of examination

Please note that this exam is divided into six stages. However, the re-issuance of exam dates for many candidates and the choice of city for the exam center has left many students worried as their admit cards and slips indicating the cities where the exam centers are located have different The dates are written. Students are approaching the National Testing Agency (NTA) and the University Grants Commission (UGC) requesting for one more chance to appear in the exam.


Yuvraj Singh Chauhan of Jodhpur in Rajasthan was told that his examination was to be held on August 10. When he downloaded his admit card on 7th August, he was shocked to see that his exam date was 6th August which has already passed. He said, "Admit cards are not available much before the exam. If the exam date is changed then some information should be given. My exam date has already passed and I have been emailing NTA requesting to conduct the exam again but I have not received any response from them.


Atulsen Singh Yadav of Balrampur in Uttar Pradesh has the same problem. He said, my exam date was changed to 30th August because I had found my preferred city (Balrampur) but when I downloaded the admit card today, it had written the exam date as 17th August, which has passed.


Nikhil R Mishra, who is preparing to take the CUET exam from Bihar, was shocked to see that not only the date of the exam was changed in his admit card but the city was also changed, which was five hours away from the city mentioned earlier. . On the other hand, Raunak Patkar of Kanpur got an email on 6th August that his examination is in the second shift on the same day. However, his admit card was not available till a day back and the date of the examination which was given to him earlier was different.

Advice to write a letter to NTA

UGC President M Jagadesh Kumar said that students who have complaints need to write a letter to NTA with their application number. After verification, the NTA will take a decision on allowing them to take the re-exam, he said.
