Bihar government is not getting qualified teachers, less than 10 percent posts can be filled in 22 districts

In Patna district itself, out of a total of 2056 posts, only 219 can be filled. More or less the situation is the same in all the districts.

Teachers in the sixth phase of secondary and higher secondary schools have been distributed planning letters on Friday. The number of selected teachers is very less. Till now the report of 22 districts has been received, in which less than 10 percent teachers have been selected. In Patna district itself, out of a total of 2056 posts, only 219 can be filled. More or less the situation is the same in all the districts. In Patna, only 137 out of 1070 posts for secondary schools and 82 posts out of 986 allotted for higher secondary schools could be filled.

Teachers of need in any subject are not found in any district

It is a matter of surprise that no district has got the required teachers in any subject. In Siwan, out of the total posts of secondary teachers, 20 posts out of 211 posts and only 12 teachers out of 616 posts in higher secondary. In Katihar district, only 38 can be filled in 284 secondary teacher posts. In Gopalganj, 37 out of 267 posts of secondary and a total of 598 posts of higher secondary, only 18 have been selected.

54 filled in the vacancies of 293 secondary teachers of Sitamarhi district

In Sitamarhi district, only 12 qualified teachers could be found out of 54 and 589 vacancies of 293 secondary teachers. In Bhojpur, out of total 14 posts of secondary, only 27 teachers have been selected out of 594 vacancies of secondary and in East Champaran (Motihari) district the vacancies of secondary were 503. Only 131 posts can be filled in this

In Araria, out of 242 posts of secondary, only 35 could be filled

In Araria, only 35 out of 242 posts in secondary and only eight in 302 posts in higher secondary, in Muzaffarpur a total of 26 posts in higher secondary, in Kishanganj district only 28 out of 165 posts, in Madhepura 30 out of 176 in secondary and in total in higher secondary Of the 293 vacant posts, only nine posts could be filled. Similar situation has been in other districts.
