Construction of special pandal for the devotees to stay
A special pandal will be constructed at Gaya railway station for the devotees to stay. Not only this, other facilities including electricity, water, health will be provided. Loudspeakers have also been installed on every platform. So that, the information of trains can reach the ears of the devotees easily. The special thing is that the mic for the differently-abled has been installed near the inquiry office of Gaya railway station. Pitru Paksha Mela is going to start from 9th September. For this, the operation of two pairs of Pitrupaksha special trains is going to start. The order has come from the senior officers to start the operation of trains.
These trains will start operating
Train No. 01659 Rani Kamalapati – Gaya Special (04 trips) will leave Rani Kamalapati at 13.20 hrs on 9th, 14th, 19th & 24th September and will arrive Gaya Railway Station at 08.30 hrs the next day. Similarly, Train No. 01660 Gaya-Rani Kamalapati Pitrupaksha Special (03 trips) will leave Gaya at 14.15 hrs on 12th, 17th & 22nd September and will reach Rani Kamalapati station at 10.25 hrs the next day. The train between Gaya and Rani Kamalapati Special will stop at Anugrah Narayan Road, Dehri on Sone, Sasaram, Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Junction and other stations. There will be two coaches of air-conditioned second class, one of air-conditioned third class, eight of sleeper class and four of general class.
Jabalpur-Gaya Pitrupaksha Special
Train No. 01709 Jabalpur – Gaya Pitrupaksha Special (03 trips) will leave Jabalpur at 19.45 hrs on 11th, 16th & 21st September and will arrive Gaya Railway Station at 08.30 hrs the next day. In return direction, Train No. 01710 Gaya-Jabalpur Pitrupaksha Special (04 trips) will leave Gaya Railway Station at 14.15 hrs on 10th, 15th, 20th & 25th September and will reach Jabalpur at 04.15 hrs, the next day. The special train between Jabalpur and Gaya stations will stop at Anugrah Narayan Road, Dehri on Sone, Sasaram, Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Junction and other stations. It will have two AC second class, one AC third class, 08 sleeper class and four general class coaches.
