Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the Kartvya path at India Gate. During this, PM Modi said that all the countrymen are connected with this historic program. The country has got a new inspiration, new energy today in the nectar festival of independence.

PM Modi said that today we are leaving the past and filling new colors in the picture of tomorrow. This new aura which is visible everywhere today is the aura of confidence of New India.

Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi unveiled a grand statue of freedom fighter Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose near India Gate. Bose's statue has been installed at the same place where Netaji's hologram statue was unveiled earlier this year on the occasion of Parakram Divas.

PM Modi said that today a huge statue of our national hero Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose has also been installed near India Gate. At the time of slavery, there was a statue of the representative of the British Raj. Today, the country has also established the life of a modern, strong India by establishing the statue of Netaji at the same place.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi interacted with the sculptors who made the statue of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose.

A cultural program was presented by 500 dancers from all corners of the country to showcase the spirit of Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat and Unity in Diversity.

This statue weighing 65 metric tons has been prepared by carving monolithic granite with the tireless artistic efforts of about 26,000 hours.
