Petrol-Diesel Price Today 17th September 2022: Crude oil prices continue to fall in the international market. Brent crude oil is currently trending around $91 per barrel. But even after this, there has been no difference in the price of petrol and diesel in the country. Even today, the prices of petrol and diesel are stable in the country. The last time on May 21, the central government reduced the excise duty on petrol and diesel. After this, petrol became cheaper by Rs 9.50 and diesel by Rs 7 per liter across the country.
Petrol and diesel will be so cheap
After the fall in crude oil, it is believed that petrol and diesel are going to be cheaper in the coming days. Experts say that the rates of petrol and diesel may fall by Rs 2 to 3 in the country. At the same time, Petroleum Minister Hardeep Singh Puri has said that oil companies will not make petrol and diesel cheaper now to deal with the losses.
