The Deputy Superintendent of Police said that an immediate search operation was launched with the CRPF to ascertain whether any arms, ammunition or narcotics were dropped from the drone.

Deputy Superintendent of Police (Operation) Garu Ram Bhardwaj said that the search operation started at around 7.30 pm on Saturday and lasted till around 9 am on Sunday, but no objectionable object was found during this period.
