Ranchi: Sadar SDO Deepak Dubey has issued notices to Pradeep Tiwari, Kailash Yadav, Ranjan Kumar, Navneet Kumar, Bittu Mishra and Ramkumar Yadav of Dhurva area. In the notice, the SDO has asked everyone to appear in the SDO court on September 19, either himself or through an advocate, to explain why the bond paper of 50 thousand should not be directed to be filled in order to maintain peace.
According to the information, on Sunday, a meeting of local people took place at Panchmukhi temple located in Dhurva. On this occasion, the Jharkhand Nav Nirman Manch was formed to protest against the Khatian policy of 1932 of the state government. As soon as the information was received, the district administration became alert. In the matter, Dhurva station in-charge Praveen Kumar said that these people were continuously giving provocative speeches.
This could lead to law and order problems. In view of this, action under section 107 was recommended to the SDO. Here, on the notice of Sadar SDO, Kailash Yadav said that the notice has been given at the behest of the government. We do not have valid local policy based on 1932. We demand that the state was formed on 15th November 2000, the same day should be kept as cut off.
On the basis of the preventive report received from the police station, notices have been sent to these people so that peace and order can be maintained in the city.
