A crocodile was seen in the Ganges river located in Patna, the capital of Bihar.

A crocodile was seen in Patna, the capital of Bihar. This crocodile was seen in the Ganges river near Mitan Ghat of Khajekala police station area. During this a large number of people were taking bath in the Ganges river. On seeing the crocodile, there was panic among those who took bath in the Ganges. For a long time, the crocodile kept roaming on the banks of the Ganges Ghat. Meanwhile, people informed the local police and forest department. The information that there is a crocodile on the Ganges Ghat spread like a storm in the surrounding area. Soon a crowd of people gathered at Mitan Ghat.

Appeal to be careful while bathing in Ganga

On receiving the information, the police team reached there and appealed to the people not to bathe in the Ganges. It is being told that this crocodile of about six to seven feet has lost its way and has come into the Ganges. Alligators are found in the Gandak river. In such a situation, Gandak must have come astray from the river. Some local people also told that the alligator was also trying to get out of the water. The police have also appealed to the local people to be careful while bathing in the Ganges.

Crocodile also seen in Gopalganj

Crocodiles are constantly being seen at different places in Bihar. First it was seen in Sultanganj, then two days ago in Phulwaria village of Gopalganj, 12 feet tall crocodile was seen. After this, crocodile has been seen in the Ganges river of Patna on Sunday. It is being told that the youths who went to bathe in the Gandak canal in Phulwaria village of Gopalganj saw the giant crocodile resting on the banks of the river. On seeing the crocodile, there was an atmosphere of panic.
